How the week unfolds

Monday and Tuesday carry the brightest public energy, with the Sun approaching the Midheaven and the Moon moving through Aquarius. Nadella's communication style is forward-looking and collaborative, but the real test comes midweek, when Mercury in Scorpio squares his natal Mercury and Midheaven. That tension can produce sharper, more honest messaging if he is willing to revise. Venus retrograde square Pluto then turns attention to alliances and power dynamics, asking him to separate what is essential from what is merely familiar. The weekend's Moon-Saturn conjunction in Aries offers a calm vantage point for reviewing the week's decisions.
