A Mirror in Scorpio: Venus Retrograde Rewrites the Public Script
Elon's first house is unusually lit as Venus retrogrades through Scorpio and the Sun joins his Midheaven in Libra, turning visibility into an act of reclamation.
ISO Week 2026-W42 · October 12–18, 2026
Week at a glance
This is a week of revaluation. Venus, retrograde in Scorpio, sits at 6.07° in the transiting 10th and Elon's natal 1st, exactly trine his natal Sun in Cancer, while the transiting Sun climbs through Libra toward a Midheaven that now sits inside his first house. The public self is under review, and the inner ledger — money, partnership, worth — is being rewritten with unusual intensity. Mars and Jupiter in Leo make the audience visible, but Saturn and Chiron in Aries keep the terms of exchange honest.

Astrological background
Mercury in natal 2nd · Moon in Scorpio Oct 12–13 · Venus rx trine natal Sun
Transiting Mercury at 15.97° Scorpio moves through Elon's natal 2nd house of money and self-worth — the same Scorpio territory that holds his natal Jupiter — while occupying the transiting 10th house of public position. The Moon spends October 12–13 in Scorpio along the same axis, keeping value language alive. Retrograde Venus in the transiting 10th trines his natal Sun on October 14, re-framing what his image is worth; the retrograde says audit, not acquire.

Astrological background
Saturn rx conjunct natal Chiron · natal 7th / transiting 3rd
Transiting Saturn, retrograde at 10.53° Aries, is in the transiting 3rd house of contracts and agreements but falls in Elon's natal 7th house of committed partnership, sitting only 3.17° from natal Chiron at 13.70° Aries. This is partnership homework: old wounds of negotiation and trust surface in the language of fine print and one-on-one dealings. The Venus retrograde trine to his natal Sun on October 14 brings warmth and visibility, but it does not dissolve Saturn's assignment.

Waxing Crescent · Moon conjunct natal Neptune · weekend Moon in transiting 12th
The waxing crescent Moon at 4.57° Sagittarius rides close to Elon's natal Neptune at 0.81° Sagittarius on October 14, dissolving the boundary between intuition and wishful thinking. His natal Moon in Virgo's 12th house is the week's quiet background hum, and the weekend Moon's passage through the transiting 12th house turns Sunday inward. Neptune trine natal Neptune, with an orb of 1.69°, supports access to dreamlike, symbolic material.

Pluto in natal 5th · Sun trine natal Mars (0.14°) · Uranus trine Ascendant
Transiting Pluto at 3.07° Aquarius works through Elon's natal 5th house of invention and the transiting 1st house of personal presence, while the transiting Sun's 0.14° trine to his natal Mars on October 14 gives a bold idea the green light. Mars and Jupiter in Leo energize his natal 11th house of audiences, and Uranus in Gemini trines his natal Ascendant by 0.38° — the inventiveness is personal before it is public.

Sun approaching transiting MC · Venus and Mercury in transiting 10th
The transiting Sun at 21.08° Libra sits in the transiting 9th house, only 1.83° from the transiting Midheaven at 22.91° Libra — a Midheaven that falls inside Elon's natal 1st house. Venus and Mercury both travel the transiting 10th house in Scorpio, making reputation the week's center of gravity. The Sun's squares to Saturn and Neptune, with orbs of 4.46° and 3.57°, temper the visibility with obligations and ambiguity: the offer must be clear before it can be celebrated.

Neptune in natal 6th · square natal MC · Moon square Saturn Oct 17
Neptune, retrograde at 2.50° Aries, sits in Elon's natal 6th house of daily rhythms and the transiting 3rd house of messages and short trips, squaring his natal Midheaven by 1.24° and opposing his Libra Ascendant by 3.12°. The body will register relational weather before the mind names it. The Capricorn Moon's square to Saturn on October 17 raises the cost of skipping rest; the low score is a warning about boundaries, not a diagnosis.

Mars and Jupiter in natal 11th · Jupiter opposite natal Mars (0.92°)
Transiting Mars at 9.31° Leo and Jupiter at 21.86° Leo both move through Elon's natal 11th house of networks and communities — and the transiting 7th house of public counterparties and critics. Jupiter sits only 0.92° from an opposition to his natal Mars in Aquarius: the reach is real, and so is the risk of over-amplification. The Moon opposing Mars on October 14 and Jupiter on October 15 turns the audience into a visible, breathing force.
